All returns or exchanges must be returned with a copy of the original invoice, in order to ensure accuracy.

Most returns are processed within 2 days of receipt. We send our check or credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise returned.
TO EXCHANGE: Please follow the above procedure and indicate the item that you want. We will charge your account for shipping and any additional merchandise cost that may be necessary. Please return with a copy of our invoice and indicate the credit card you want us to use.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Please follow the above procedure and indicate the problem. We will reimburse you for your purchase price; as well as the return postage. Our quality control department will examine the return and make the final determination, regarding defective product.
RESTOCKING: Restocking charges may apply to any returns containing over 100 items.

SHIPPING & SALES TAX: Most orders are shipped via UPS, therefore please use a street address. We normally ship most orders on the day the order is received.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Via UPS or US Postal Service Email us for details and prices sales@ppprainwear.com.
SALES TAX: Our orders are shipped from New Jersey which does not have a sales tax on the types of products we sell.
DISCOUNTS: Our web site will process special pricing (approximately less 20%) on all orders over 20 pieces of the same item. Additional discounts may be available on larger quantities.
